Clocks – Weekly Photo Challenge : Numbers


The post by frizztext gave me an idea for this one.

This picture was taken at ‘Showa-no-mori’ in Matsuto, Japan.
Showa period ‘ exactly means about the years 1926–1989.
We , Japanese, are often apt to think 1960s-1980s, when we say “Showa”.

‘Showa-no-mori’ is a private museum about Japanese life in about 1950s-1980s.
The clocks were used in those days.
